What is AI Manager?
Your AI Manager reviews your received messages and drafts responses in your tone and voice. Nothing sends without your approval. Once set up, it pitches recommended replies, and you decide whether to use them.
What is the AI Persona?
Your AI Persona teaches AI Manager how you speak, what you like talking about, and how you engage with subscribers. Think of it as the guide that helps AI Manager sound more like you.
What is Chat with your AI Manager?
Your AI Manager is a powerful tool you can talk to. It can help manage your account, check your stats, draft messages, find insights, and help you take action faster.
Here's what you can do:
- Chat with your AI Manager in your Telegram App
- Check your revenue
- Pull stats on your subscribers, who's active, new or recently inactive
- Search or look up specific users by @username
- Pull recent conversation history with any user
- Ask your AI to draft a broadcast message
- Ask your AI to draft a group message

Setting Up Your AI Persona
Getting your AI Manager live takes about 10 minutes. Follow the steps below to build your
agent's identity, define its personality, and set what it can pitch on your behalf.
To get started, tap Set up now from the banner on your home screen, or navigate to your AI
Manager settings directly.
Step 1 – Teach your AI how to talk

Define how your AI Manager sounds and feels in conversation. This step shapes your
agent's tone, communication style, and overall vibe, so it feels like a natural extension of
you.
You'll be able to set things like how flirty, playful, or direct your agent comes across.
WARNING!
Tick the notice box confirming: 'I have the right to upload these conversations and for Subs to process them to train my AI voice' followed by tapping Continue when you're done adding context.
LEARNING YOUR VOICE...
Your AI Manager will now analyse your provided description, files and any pasted messages. It will then respond with recommendations of topics and a rating of the subjects and ask you to add any areas that it has identified.
NOTE: To update it, simply open the configuration and add new images, files, or written context, the more you add the more authentic your AI will become.
Step 2 – Your life and Who are you?
This is where you build your manager's core identity. The more detail you provide, the more
authentic and personalised your agent will feel to your audience.
Below is a list of example topics your AI manager will ask you to fill in.
- Preferred Name – The name your AI Manager will use when chatting. This is required.
- Age Range – Optional. Helps shape how your agent communicates.
- Gender – Optional. Used to personalise your agent's tone and persona.
- Time Zone – Helps your agent respond in a contextually relevant way.
- Language – Set the primary language your agent will use in conversations.
- Short Bio – Optional. A brief description about you that your agent can use and draw from.
- Profession – Helps your agent speak naturally about what you do.

Relationship Status – Optional. Choose from Single, Taken, It's complicated, or Prefer not
to say. - Sexual Orientation – Optional. Choose from Straight, Bi, Lesbian, Gay, Pan or prefer not to say.
- Hobbies and interests – Optional. Choose to add topics of discussion which your AI can talk passionately about.
Once you've filled in the details, tap Continue to move to the next step.
Step 3 – Your Business
Tell your AI Manager what you offer and what it's allowed to pitch. Your agent will promote
the services you enable and automatically decline anything not on your list.
Start by adding a Niche description. Write a straightforward overview of your content
and what you're known for (up to 1,000 characters).
Redlines are topics and scenarios your agent will always refuse, no matter what. A set of
default redlines are applied automatically (including underage content, real name/location,
violent scenarios, financial advice, and blocked keywords). You can tap to add your own
custom redlines.
Tap Continue to finalise your setup.
Step 4 – Voice Refinement & Go Live (go to chat)
Once steps 1-3 are complete, refine your AI persona's voice and activate your AI Manager. by
clicking Finish up Your agent will begin providing suggestions to incoming messages.
Remember you can return to your AI Manager settings at any time to update your identity,
personality, services, or redlines.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your AI Manager
- The more detail you add in Steps 1–3, the more accurate, relevant, and engaging your AI
Manager’s suggestions will be. - Only enable services you're comfortable fulfilling.
- Review your redlines regularly and add any topics you want your agent to avoid.
- Use your AI Manager to check how your agent is performing and pull conversation
history at any time. -
Remember you can return to your AI Manager settings at any time to update your identity,
personality, services, or redlines.

How to enable your AI Manager with Telegram?
Option 1
- Open the purple AI widget
- Tap Connect Telegram
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account.

- Open the side menu
- Tap onto AI Manager
- Click onto the 'settings icon' top right beside Drafts.

How much does Subs take?
Try the AI Manager for FREE for 30 days. After your trial period the AI Manager then costs 5%, only on revenue it earns for you, vs 30-60% you may pay to a human manager. Subs platform fees are 20%.

Do I have to use AI Manager?
No. AI Manager is available by default, but you'll need to complete set up before it starts making recommendations.
Do I stay in control of what AI Manager says?
Yes. AI Manager learns your voice, and you refine it until messages sound like you. You set redlines it will never cross, hand any conversation back to yourself, and stay able to take over at any point. It works on your terms.
Will subscribers know AI Manager may help draft replies?
AI Manager assists creators by drafting suggested replies. Creators remain responsible for reviewing and approving messages before they are sent.
