How to enable 1:1 calling
If you’ve already enabled calling and just need to troubleshoot your camera or microphone, click here.
Step 1: Go to your profile
On the home page, click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Open 1:1 Calling settings
Once you’re on your profile page, click 1:1 Calling from the menu.
Step 3: Toggle on 1:1 Calling
Switch on the 1:1 Calling option to enable the feature.
Step 4: Choose your call type
Select whether you want to offer audio only or video calling.
Step 5: Set your price
Enter your preferred rate for 1:1 calls.
Step 6: Save your settings
Scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
Step 7: Allow microphone and camera access
When you receive your first incoming call, your browser or device will prompt you to allow microphone and camera permissions.
Make sure to allow access in order to use the calling feature properly.
Microphone or Camera Not Working While on a Call?
If you’re on a call and your camera or microphone isn’t working, follow the steps below based on your device:
For iOS (Safari)
Step 1: Open Settings
Go to your iPhone Settings.
Step 2: Find Safari
Scroll down and tap Safari (if you’re using the default browser).
Step 3: Allow Microphone and Camera Access
Scroll down to Microphone and Camera, then set both to Allow.
Step 4: Return to the Call
Go back to your browser and return to the call.
Step 5: Refresh the Page
Refresh the page, and your camera and microphone should now work properly.
For Android (Chrome)
Step 1: Open Site Settings During the Call
While on the call, tap the page info icon at the top left (looks like a small settings or lock icon).
Step 2: Manage Permissions
Tap Permissions.
Step 3: Enable Microphone and Camera
Toggle on both Microphone and Camera access.
Step 4: Return to the Call and Refresh
Go back to your call and refresh the page. You should now have full audio and video access.
