You can delete your Subs account at any time. Before you proceed, please read this article carefully — account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account
- Go to the homepage
- Click your profile icon (top right)
- Select Settings
- Go to Account Details
- Tap the menu icon (top right)
- Choose Delete Account
What happens after you delete your account
For fans:
- Your profile and data will be permanently removed from Subs
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
For creators:
- Your account is immediately marked for deletion — new fans will no longer be able to subscribe
- Current subscribers will retain access to your content until their subscription period ends
- Once all active subscriptions have expired, your uploaded and vault content will be automatically deleted
- Your account will then be permanently removed in line with GDPR compliance
- Banking and tax information will be securely retained for 6–7 years, as required by law (depending on your country of registration)
ℹ️ Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active billing. Please cancel your subscriptions before deleting to avoid further charges.
Before you delete
- Download any content you want to keep
- Cancel any active fan subscriptions to avoid further charges
- If you are a creator, notify your subscribers in advance
- Ensure any outstanding earnings have been withdrawn
Important: content shared by others
Deleting your account will not prevent the circulation of any of your content which may have already been recorded or shared by other users. Subs cannot be responsible for content that has left the platform.
