Subs is committed to keeping the platform safe for all creators and fans. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
What is the difference between a suspension and a ban?
- Suspension: A temporary restriction on your account. You may be unable to access certain features or your account for a set period of time.
- Ban: A permanent removal from the platform. Banned accounts cannot be recovered. The associated email address and payment methods may be blocked from creating new accounts.
Common reasons for account action
- Uploading content that violates our Content Policy — including non-consensual content, content depicting minors, or illegal material
- Fraudulent activity, including initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse directed at other users
- Impersonating another person or creator
- Spam, scam activity, or operating fake accounts
- Repeated or serious violations of our Terms of Service
⚠️ Important: Accounts found to be in violation of our Prohibited Uses policy may be deleted without refund or payout of any funds held at the time of the offence or deletion.
I have been suspended — what should I do?
If your account has been suspended, you will receive a notification explaining the reason and duration. In some cases, you may be asked to take corrective action before your account is reinstated.
To appeal, contact support@subs.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date you received the suspension notice
- A clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
ℹ️ Note: Submitting multiple appeals for the same case will not speed up the review process.
I have been banned — can I appeal?
Permanent bans are issued for serious or repeated violations. In most cases, bans are not reversible. If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may submit one appeal to support@subs.com.
I was charged during a creator's suspension — can I get a refund?
If you subscribed to a creator whose account was subsequently suspended or banned, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact us at support@subs.com.
