Need to reach multiple followers or subscribers at once? Custom Groups make it easy to communicate with specific groups of your audience. Here's how to do it, step-by-step:
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in and Open the Messaging Tab
Once you're logged into your Subs account, tap the Messaging tab located in the bottom toolbar.
2. Go to the “Groups” Tab
At the top of the Messaging page (just under the search bar), tap Groups in the tab menu. This will open your group messaging options.
3. Choose a Pre-Made Group
From here, you can select one of the pre-made groups created for you — for example, all followers or top spenders — and send a mass message instantly.
4. Create a Custom Group (Optional)
Want more control over who gets the message? Tap the Filter icon (located on the right side of the search bar).
Now you can set custom filters to define your audience.
Examples:
All users who have tipped over $10
Followers who joined in the past 30 days
Inactive followers in the past 30 days
Once set, your custom group will populate.
6. Send Your Message
Tap the Send Message button. You’ll be taken to the standard message screen, just like when messaging an individual.
Write your message as usual
Tap Send — your message will go out to the full group
At the top of the message view, you’ll see the total number of recipients included
✅ You’re all set!
Mass messaging is a great way to keep your community informed, engaged, and appreciated — all in just a few taps.
