Mass Messaging lets you send a message to multiple followers or subscribers at once while giving you control over who receives it. You can select an audience, use your own groups, exclude certain recipients, and review the final recipient list before sending.
How to Send a Mass Message
1. Open Messaging
Log in to your Subs account and go to Messaging.
2. Start a New Mass Message
Select New Mass Message at the top of the Messaging page.
3. Choose Your Recipients
Select Choose recipients to decide which followers or subscribers you'd like to message.
You can choose from available audience options or any custom groups you've created.
4. Include or Exclude Recipients
Use the recipient options to control which followers or subscribers receive your message and who should be excluded.
If you want more control, you can also review the individual followers or subscribers included in your selection and remove specific recipients before sending.
5. Write and Send Your Message
Once you're happy with your recipient list, confirm your selection and return to the message.
Write your message, add any media or other available options you'd like, and send it when you're ready.
Creating a Custom Group
Custom Groups let you create an audience of followers or subscribers that you can easily use again.
To create one:
- Go to Messaging.
- Select the Groups tab above your messages.
- Select New group.
- Use the available options and filters to define which followers or subscribers you'd like included.
- Create your group.
Once created, your group will appear as an option when selecting recipients for a Mass Message.
You can return to the Groups tab at any time to manage your existing groups.
Mass Message Stats
You can view information about your previously sent Mass Messages from the Stats section of your account.
Go to your Dashboard, select your profile icon, then select Stats.
From there, you can:
- Review your Mass Message history and performance
- Search for previous messages
- Filter messages by date
- Unsend a previously sent Mass Message
- Send again to quickly resend a previous Mass Message
