Subs Platform Guidelines
We want creators to feel empowered and protected — and for all content on Subs to stay within legal and community standards.
Please review the following guidelines before posting.
✅ What’s Allowed
You’re welcome to post content that is:
- Created and owned by you
- Respectful, lawful, and authentic
- Adult, as permitted by our Terms of Service
If you’re ever unsure whether something meets the rules, reach out to Creator Support.
🤖 AI Content — What’s Okay and What’s Not
AI-generated, altered, or enhanced content is permitted only if:
- It clearly features you, the verified Subs Creator
- It includes no one else (real or simulated)
- It is clearly identified as AI, such as by using the hashtag
#ai
- It does not impersonate, mislead, or replicate real individuals
Deepfakes are illegal and are not allowed under any circumstances.
For full requirements, see Section 7.1.12 of our Terms of Service.
🚫 What’s Not Allowed
Content will be removed — and accounts may face restrictions — if it:
- Breaks the law or promotes unsafe behavior
- Impersonates, misleads, or violates someone’s privacy
- Involves hate, harassment, or discrimination
- Breaches copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Links to third-party platforms hosting illegal, pirated, or prohibited material
Even if something is legal in your country, it may still go against our Platform Policies. All of our Policies — including the Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, and others — are designed to apply collectively, and content must comply with each of them.
If you're ever unsure, our Compliance Team is just an email away and happy to help.
🛡️ Protect Yourself
Subs is for your content, your way — original, unbranded, and fully yours.
To protect yourself and your account:
- Don’t upload content with watermarks, platform logos, or branding from other services
- You may share third-party links only if the content is fully yours and doesn’t violate copyright or our platform rules. You’re also responsible for understanding the risks when directing users off-platform. Please review Section 14.1.6 of our Terms of Service for more details on linking to third-party sites.
We know managing content across platforms can be tricky. If you’re unsure, just ask — our Creator Support team is here to help.
